I loved reading this book. Learned more about Bowie from this than most of the others I have read. Couldn't put it down. So well written.

For any other fans with cerebral interests. This little book touches the literary works that potentially instilled interests & a drive within the creative genius & song writing of an unparalleled master. Enjoyed this book very much! As it continues to provide thought as well as , enough energy to ignite conversations & spark, continued rediscoveries of books & sources. Inspiring rereading of not only the book but the books in the collection.

Excellent book!

Dies ist ein sehr interessantes Buch. Der Autor stell 100 Bücher vor, die David Bowie in seiner Karriere oder seinem Schaffen beeinflusst haben. Dazu schlägt er weiterführende Literatur und Bowie-Songs zu jedem Buch vor. Leider sind seine Interpretationen oft sehr subjektiv, sowohl was die Aussage der Bücher als auch Bowie's Sicht der Dinge angeht. Ich empfehle es aber trotzdem weiter, weil es doch auch informativ ist.
