I did contacted Shabsi Goldberger Sales Manager at Alpine Industries, INC. 27 Selvage St., Irvington, NJ 07111, USA He did offered to fix it it (shipped at them or sending me the parts ) I opt for the second choice. I did replace the parts and is working fine.Great customer service (rare in this days).Thank you Shalbi ! Review: Great hand dryer. Much quicker to dry hands than the previous dryer we had. The white finish is very nice - great quality product that fits in to a more upscale decor.
