Great flavor if you prep correctly
Best results for flavor are to rinse with cold water 1-2 minutes, pat dry and place in pan with 2 spoons of olive oil or butter for 2-4 minutes . If you don’t do this you’ll taste the plant -if you do this it’s pretty good-I’m Italian and love pasta so this is great for reducing some carbs

Great alternative to regular pasta
If you're looking for a low cal past substitute - that's the answer! By no means it tastes like regular pasta...it's kind of slime and has almost no taste to it but if you're a volume eater or on a cut it's a great choice. I like to use in any Asian inspired dishes along with a regular rice noodles. It works perfectly for any kind of Asian inspired soups as it mixes well with rice noodles. For Italian inspired pasta dishes, ehh you will feel more of a difference in texture. I believe it's easier to get used the taste being gluten free (as myself) as your tastes buds are used to different tastes and textures. My husband is not gluten free he cant get passed the texture.

These are great if you're trying to limit calories and carbohydrates
Miracle noodles are amazing. They have the mouthfeel of regular spaghetti, but practically zero calories, and practically zero carbohydrates. You don't even have to cook them, and I often eat them cold. I have started making my own from scratch because ready made miracle noodles are so expensive.

Horrible noodles unable to chew
If I could give this a zero I would. The noodles do not get soft and are like chewing rubber bands. Please don’t order them! They are expensive and I had to buy an entire box. I bought them in the store and loved them I don’t know what is wrong!

Perfect for what we needed
These are great, just need to know how to use them. They take on the flavor of whatever you cook them with. Great for low call eating and you need to know they are not going to be like noodles. But they have no calories, of course they aren't noodles. They are amazing for what they are and we love them. Highly recommend.

Darn Close to the Real Thing
10 calories for a whole bag?!?! Yes please! Seriously though, I'm gluten-free and vegan and these things fulfill my desires for hearty spaghetti, pho, and a cold noodle vegetable bowl. Love these so much I keep my pantry stocked with them. *Edit: For those who have issues with the flavor, give them whatever flavor you want! I love cold noodle bowls so I'll open and rinse a package of these babies and then marinate them in vegetable broth and ginger overnight or for just a few hours if I'm in a hurry. Drain and use. So good! Or, after draining, toss with sesame oil and seasonings. Also, if truly using them for spaghetti, open, rinse, drain, dry out in frying pan for a few and then dump your spaghetti sauce in, turn to low heat and let them soak up the flavor for a half hour. There's SO many ways to give these noodles flavor!

Horrible quality from this seller
The package bags were sealed with the water inside as normal however the actual noodles were hard and dry inside and not edible. Have had these noodles many times and they are not supposed to be a bundle of hard strings. Not sure if this is a manufacturing or shipping situation that caused it but too expensive for this type of quality issue in all 4 boxes I received with this order.
