I wasn’t sure what to expect when I ordered these, but I’m really pleased with the result. The vests fit snugly without feeling too restrictive, and they provide great support around the torso. I find them perfect for wearing under a t-shirt or dress shirt, especially when I want to feel a bit more confident in my appearance. The material feels durable and holds up well even after a few washes. They also don’t ride up, which is a bonus! Terrible, really uncomfortable and does ABSOLUTLY NOTHING to reduce belly or support chest during bulking phases. Scam product.

It works but it’s not cotton, made me very warm indeed.

These vest tops gave been brilliant for compression. They also hide my umbilical hernia so its an absolute win

My husband has tried several compression vests and these have been his favourite so far. Used when wanting to feel a little more comfortable in his skin when wearing a smart or slim fitted going out shirt this really makes a difference underneath his clothing and not noticeable

Okay these shirts do Indeed help hide the rolls. If you have a huge beer belly though, dont expect to much. I’m 6,2 230lbs and got an xxl and I feel like it fit good. It definitely is tough getting on and off though. I actually had to pull it down through my legs to get it off. Itdoes the job though and I look slightly slimmer. I wear it to the gym.
