I can hear the compressor working sometimes, but sometimes I can’t hear it operating. Is this normal?

The compressor works like this: 1. Operate to reach the setting temperature 2. Stop operating until the temperature rises by about 6℉-9℉ for energy saving 3. Rerun. So yes, it is normal if the cooling performance is not affected.

If I have a problem after receiving the goods, what should I do?

Find your order and click "Contact Seller". All messages will be replied within 24 hours. We also have tele-answer and you can dial at 9:00 AM-5:00 PM (PT), working days.

The courier put my package upside down, what should I do?

A short inverted placement will not affect the performance of the refrigerator generally. But if you are not sure how long the package has been upside down, we recommend that you put the refrigerator upright for 24 hours before using it.

Is it normal for a refrigerator to have temperature fluctuations while it is cooling?

Yes, it is. Because the refrigerator compressor has energy-saving characteristics, the compressor will stop working to keep warm when it reaches the set temperature. After a period of time, the compressor will work again for refrigeration.

I saw that the refrigerator has several waterproof structures. Is the refrigerator completely waterproof?

The waterproof structures of the refrigerator is used to prevent slight water droplets. Like all electrical appliances, it is not recommended that you use it for a long time in excessively humid environments.
