Clean the aluminum with phosphoric acid (Aluminum prep) and make sure water doesn't bead on the surface. Brush an even coat and let it sit for about a minute or until the aluminum turns a light golden color then rinse with clean water thoroughly, dry the aluminum and prime with a good epoxy primer or zinc chromate.

is this product compatible with Loctite 871?

This should not fine with loctite it only stains the aluminum with no build up.

How do dispose of unused product?

You must take it to household hazardous waste disposal . Or offer it to an aircraft or marine restorer. Do not pour it on the ground or down the drain.

Can I use this on copper speaker wires?

No. This is an ALUMINUM chemical conversion coating, only.
