They all work pretty much the same but these are a bit above the others simply for their size and price. These are the most cost-effective (that doesn't apply to anything with a discount - this is purely based on regular retail) since they cover a larger area than others. It's not a huge difference, but things are too expensive now and every bit helps. I find these to be less expensive than smaller patches that you can blow through so fast while losing your mind over seemingly incessant perimenopausal breakouts. Ugh...If I can buy a more universal product, I will. These are that. The patches that are made for only 1 specific part of your face are useless to me. These? They can be wrapped across your nose, your jawline, your chin - everywhere. I also will cut them to fit. I haven't had any issues with adhesion and if I did, it's because I put them on too soon after I put moisturizer on. I'm never disappointed with the job they do. They suck out everything that can be sucked out. They cut down on scarring A LOT. I had, literally, walked into a door and cracked the top of my nose wide open. I used these for my nose after cutting them in half. There is a faint, very light scar but nothing like what I should have. I would've had to use 4 regular patches instead of half of a big one.I don't have to use them that often but I do know that I will never not have these on hand ever again.The one downside?
