Can this fit inside 2015 genesis fuse box obd2 and close the box?

Fuse box??? It’s designed to plug into the OBD under your dash by your gas pedal I would highly doubt it fits in a fuse box 99.9% accuracy

Is there a bracket to mount the two female plugs?

Yes，it's splitter two female port,thanks.

How long are the 2 leads?

the 2 lead it's 35cm,14inch (not included the adapter)

I'm confused. can i use this with the progressive "snapshot" device and a bluetooth scan device at the same time?

Your car MIGHT NOT let you run 2 separate things of the OBD simultaneously, but this great item allows you to do multiple things simultaneously;BUT OBD2 will not allow data packets to be sent to two different devices at once as it will always see it as one connected device.Hope it can be helps for you.
