i bought one. I can't find any manufacturing date on it. it just shows the lot number like 14143..... what is the shelf life?

I don't know about a shelf life but i'm sure it lasts a long time. My first sheet lasted more than 4 months

I have pretty small, thin scars. Can I cut up a single sheet of this rather than buy multiple sheets? I don't need that much.

Yes. Cut the sheet into pieces that will cover your scars with a little extra around the perimeters of the scars. You can keep the "patch" on the scar for about 4 days before having to replace it. Keep up the regime for about 8 weeks. One sheet should last a while if the scars are small.

how long should you use this product? 3 mo? 6 mo?

I used this after removal of my thyroid. My scar on my neck was minimal, but this product has made it invisible. I wore it every night for several weeks until I was satisfied with how my skin looked.
