BUY IT!!!
These cups are amazing! I will never go back to tampons. I'm a complete beginner with menstrual cups and had no issues whatseover. ECO FRIENDLY: My main motivation was to find an eco friendly alternative to tampons since the cardboard applicator ones that I normally buy are getting hard to find locally. INSERTION: I was able to easily insert the purple cup the first first time with no issue. It's easier to insert than a tampon. I was happy to learn the cup suctions to the vaginal wall rather than around the cervix, because my cervix is extremely sensitive and also kind of high up and tilted so no thanks lol. The cup doesn't really go that far inside you which is good. Once inserted, the cup felt very secure and it's easy to run your finger around it and tug at the stem to ensure it's placed correctly. I like having the stem and don't plan to trim it. FIT: I bought the small/large combo set since I had no idea what to expect. The purple and white cups look close in size so I measured the capacity with a medicine dropper. The white one is slightly larger. Technically since I've given birth vaginally and I have heavy periods then I should use the larger one, but the smaller one fit perfectly. I have a petite frame so idk if that has anything to do with it. I will keep the larger one just in case as a backup because there really isn't a big difference in size so I'm sure it would be ok too. FUNCTION: I'm 36 and I've always had very heavy periods and usually stain my clothes and sometimes my sheets every single month no matter how hard I try. Using this cup was the first time in ***years*** I haven't stained anything. I almost forgot I was even on my period. It worked perfectly. REMOVAL: Removing the cup is a bit tricker than a tampon because you have to fold it as it comes out, otherwise it stretches the vaginal opening a bit and it's uncomfortable due to the rigid plastic. But I got pretty good at it after a few tries and it doesn't hurt at all, even if you do it wrong. Overall this is one of the best purchases I've ever made in my life. I feel cheated that I didn't know have this 20 years ago when my periods started.

AMAZING for this first time cup user!
I'm 1 year post partum and just got my first period. It was a monsoon of blood, which never happened before, and I was soaking through a tampon and pad together, every hour. I've always wanted to try a cup or a disk so I gave it a try, anything to help this mess I'm dealing with. I got the 2 pack of large and small since I wasn't sure if this flood would be everytime now. I tried the large as soon as the package arrived today and it went in pretty easy which surprised me. I recommend watching a video first since I had no clue how I was supposed to open it up inside. I left a pad on just in case I did something wrong, but didn't need it. I went back 4ish hours later to check up on things down there, and no leaks! So I was mentally preparing myself to remove it, telling myself I won't rip my cervix out and my bathroom won't look like a scene from Psycho. I pinched the bottom and felt a little pull when I tried to break the seal, but it wasn't painful, and it came right out with a little tug. The lip felt a little rough as I was pulling it out, but not painful and Def not enough for me to stop using it. I might just try the smaller size. So all in all I'm very happy with this cup. After 4 hours on the heaviest period I've ever had, it was about half way full...so if I can go atleast 8 hours before it fills up on days like today, and not worry about ruining my pants, bed, couch, or floors everytime I sit down, that's a win for me. 10000% recommend. I'm saving around 20$ a month on tampons and pads which is great, I'm not paranoid and always checking my pants, there is no discomfort AT ALL so I can forget about having my period, and there's so much less waste going into the earth. My mom's jealous that she never had this when she was younger. If you're thinking about trying it, just get it. I'm only on day one and I know I'm in love with it. The cup itself is very soft to the touch, flexible but still kind of firm, and I like the little pouch to hold it. Very happy with this cup!!

Pro/con
Pro- it doesn't come out easy. Con- it does not come out easy. But it does last all day or even over night as well. So just take a shower and pop it out (with some effort) and wash it at the same time.

My new best friend!
These are great! I ordered the small/large combo and both work great for me. I used the small one first, on the first day of my period. I was at home, so I felt comfortable enough to try it alone with no other products. NO LEAKS! (It did eventually leak just slightly, but only after the 12 hour mark...I lost tack of the time and forgot to change it.) I rinsed and replaced it and wore it over night...again no leaks at all! I went to work the next day (second day of my period) and used the large one. NO LEAKS ALL DAY!!!! Not even a little bit! I'm so impressed with these things and so happy to have found them. I don't know what happened when I reached the age of 40, but my tolerance for pads went out the window, and I don't like using tampons because of the risk of TSS. These are great because I don't even feel them at all when they are in...There's no leaking, and way more cost-effective long term. I bought more to keep in my purse and car for emergencies. I will say, however, that you need to be comfortable with your body to use these properly. You're gonna have to do a certain amount of maneuvering for insertion and digging for removal...but once you are okay with that, it's a total game changer! I feel cleaner and freer than I have in YEARS! Thank you Amazon and EcoBlossom for this amazing product!!! :-)

impressed
I bought this on a whim to try something different to save money on insanely expensive pads. For the price point and it being a non returnable item, I figured I wouldnt be breaking the bank on this one. I could just throw it away if it was flimsy or whatever. I am pleasantly surprised! I was almost certain I was going to end up tossing this. I have no leaks-albeit if my flow is somewhat heavier than expected and ive left it in for too long, there are trivial leaks but THERES NO LEAKS!?!! I had a pad for a protective measure and ended up wasting that as it was blood free. There are holes in the top all around to create a suction so theres no leaks. Whoever came up with this is genius. Saves me moola every month. Love it that its reusable while being discrete. Also, I am anemic. My whole life my periods have been heavy apparently, (I just assumed that was the norm). There are markings indicating how much blood it holds and according to that I'm loosing what would be considered more than the norm. Doc thinks my anemia is attributed to that. Its just nice to be able to see it.

Not For Larger Women
Insertion: 8/10 During-Wear Comfort: 10/10 Removalš„: 1/10 Total: 6.3 So. I didnāt have to get it removed by a doctor, but removal was definitely not easy. I like menstrual cups and I have several from different brands, so I know that they can be a bit difficult to remove, but this was beyond difficult for me as a larger woman. I got these because they seemed smaller than the ones I currently have that hurt a bit during insertion and retrieval (also they were on sale). They were quite easy to insert and didnāt cause any discomfort, not to mention it was like there was nothing there when I was wearing it. So Iāll give it a 8/10 for insertion and a 10/10 for comfort. The issue comes from removal. I donāt have a high cervix, but I am a larger woman with breasts that make getting up close and personal with my lady bits a little difficult. That being said, Iāve never had issue with removing a menstrual cup before. This one, however, refused to come out. It has a very short stem and is difficult to hold on to. The ribs do not offer any grip. It also suctions so hard that itās nearly impossible to UN-suction from your cervix. I had a bit of discomfort after removal both times that I tried this cup, so I wouldnāt recommend for the larger ladies here. 3 āļø because itās probably not as hard to remove if you donāt have a bunch of extra junk in your trunk.

Why did it take me this long to get one??!!
I originally purchased the menstrual cup to use as an aid for TTC. There were a few ladies that posted on one of the brands that has an app that they used their menstrual cups to prevent leakage so there would be a slightly better chance for conception. But since I had never used a menstrual cup before I knew I would probably have a harder time accomplishing my goal. I had an IUD removed September 2024 after having had it inserted in April 2017, during that time I stopped having a period after month 3, so it had been years since having one and although jazzed to try to have a baby I wasn't looking forward to having my period back. I'm used to wearing tampons, but I noticed that my period isn't quite the same as it used to be, it's much lighter than before. I'm now on period 3 since the IUD removal and this period so far is a breeze with the menstrual cup ā„ļø I watched a YouTube video on how to insert it in which the person recommended a different fold than what is recommended by the manufacturer and it worked perfectly fine. Once I got the hang of it I haven't had any leakage at all!!! I started with the small size since that's what's recommended for first time users or if you're having lighter days. I wore it for the majority of the first day to see if it was comfortable and I can say that it doesn't bother me at all. Then I tried wearing it the first night to see if it could hold up well like having a tampon and it did great! I did remove it when I woke up in the morning to take my BBT to give my body a break just in case, but other than that, it's been keeping the flow contained within the cup and not leaking out onto the pad. Menstrual cups have been around for many years now and I'm sad it's taken me till 35 to finally use one, but if it wasn't due to my desire to procreate I would've left the IUD for the few more months I had left of it and then got a new one reinserted to avoid having a period. Hopefully I'll be successful in having it work as a TTC aid along with being a menstrual cup, but if not then I will continue to use it as intended š

almost sent me to the ER!
Whats not to like about a foreign object lodged inside the most intimate part of your body? And no amount of physical force of your own strength can seem to be exerted upon whatever fingers you are able to grasp the tiny grapsing handle can seem to remove it, even trying to get fingers around the object is impossible is such a tight sensitive space! A lot of pain was involved in trying to remove this product! not to mention panic and humiliation! If i didn't have a husband who was home at the time i may have ended up in the emergency room with a most humiliating and probably expensive experience! And even he had a difficult time trying to remove it, it took an hour! an hour of panic and tears and ouch and pain! Not to mention i felt a lot of discomfort for DAYS after finally removing it! selling these types of products with out an adequate way to grasp and pull safely against the extreme amount of suction power grasping attachment should be illegal! the "small" size may not be small enough to fit all women, being in my late 30's and having had 2 children, the size small still felt way too big! Somewhat uncomfortable to insert, and extremely difficult to remove and no room to get fingers around it to aide in removal and releasing suction! I am a first time and last time user of a product like this which i decided to purchase upon seeing empty tampon shelves at the grocery store, but i guess i'll have to find some other kind of alternative solution! I highly recomend not buying this product! i've seen some with the round ring grasping handle that might be safer, but honestly with the suction power these things have i would winder if that silicone ring wouldn't just snap when trying to pull, or pull your uterus inside out through your cervix! honestly (face-palm!)
