I love the look and feel of this shoe. I wear a size 10 and they fit me true to size. I have a lot of black/purple and black/red clothing so they go with most of my wardrobe. The shoes are barely noticeable on my feet because they are lightweight and extremely easy to walk in considering the height of the heel. I was going to give them four stars instead of five because unfortunately, the right shoe arrived a little damaged. Not unbearable but a little scraped up nonetheless. I decided to give them five stars because of their customer service. I contacted the company and was assured that all of their products are examined for defects before they are packaged so just maybe the shoe was damage during the shipping process. Whatever the case, the company has wonderful customer service. I sent them an e-mail detailing my issues and they replied within an hour of my sending it. They just asked me to send them pictures of the damages, if possible, so they could assess the damage and offer a solution. Within two hours of my sending the pictures, the company sent me a reply offering to allow me to keep the shoes and they are giving me a generous refund!!! This is the kind of customer service that makes people like me less skeptical of ordering online. I recommend this company to anyone that is looking for fabulous shoe choices backed by a bonus of excellent customer service.

They look cute but feel cheap and uncomfortable

I took a chance on these because I loved tge way they looked. But as always buying online is a coin toss. They are way more vibrant and bright in the pictures. I was expecting a little difference but not that much. They still look decent though. The black part is of course that super shiny fake leather plastic looking stuff which if the other part were as bright as the pictures wouldnt be asnoticable but it is which again is tolerable. From the pictures in certain angles you can tell what it is but othera it looks duller so I thought id mention it.The part I do not like is that where the heel is attached as this square part sticking up in the shoe. One shoe has a pad covering it but the other does not. Its very uncomfortable to walk in. I wont be able to wear them unless I fix it by covering with some inserts or something. This hoever may not be the cas with every pair but just a warning.Also its a slip on shoe so the top is a little loose but they do fit true to size maybe only a little extra room.And they did arrive way sooner than the estimate. Got here fairly quickly.

The product fit as expected since I choose a snug fit, this 7 fits like a regular 7 in other shoe brands. The colorful part of the shoe is made of a silky fabric, not a colored plastic like I thought it would be, but its still quite nice. The shoe is not very cushioned and wearing it for about 10 minutes hurt my feet some, but I am not used to this high of a heel either....I am still going to consider getting inserts. Very very cute though :)) Considering buying the blue pair soon. My first reviews from others though were comments pertaining me going to a rave club or not which will never happen in a million years so for those who are self-aware, maybe this isn't the shoe for you.

These are way cute and go great with leggings. I think they would fit great if I had gotten them a half size smaller, but that's my fault because I normally buy shoes online a half size bigger than what I normally wear because I'd rather have shoes that are a little bit bigger than shoes that are crushing my toes. The print on the shoes is really vibrant and fun and easily seen, and the print is a different texture and material than the rest of the shoe which I thought was really cool. One thing that bugged me was there is no zipper on the shoes and you either need to slide your foot in the top and work you foot in or unbuckle the straps and put them on, I just feel a zipper would have been easier. All in all these are fantastic and I love them.

They originally sent me 2 right shoes which I was very upset about but they quickly corrected the problem and sent me a left shoe only problem is I now have a random right shoe. Other than that they match the picture and are to die for adorable. They are my favorite out on the town shoes.

Oddly enough, I bought three pairs of shoes from this same company and all three size 6s fit differently. I found these to be easily a half-size bigger than a normal size 6 (the second-best of the bunch), but doubling up on socks seems to do the trick just fine. They're surprisingly easy to walk in, as far as platforms go, and I always get tons of compliments on them.

Truthfully, it was my granddaughter’s birthday present that she wanted me to get for her and she said they arrived in perfect condition and they fit her just right. She was a happy girl!
