Signia Concha Lock - Power- Retention Tail for Hearing Aids (2 Pack)

While I feel these are a bit expensive the ones from the hearing aid company are expensive as well. These work better than the ones I got from tru hearing. They install easier and stay put. It took me a couple days to get used to them but now I don’t know they are there and my hearing aids quit falling out. You can trim the length to fit your ear and no one notices the tail in my ear. The saving cost of not driving to the hearing aid provider paid for them.

The picture on the website shows 4 pieces for the order and the description says "2 pack" with 2 pieces in each pack. I did not get what I paid for and the shipment took longer than promised. The plastic ear inserts are heavy compared to what I had previously. I definitely recommend you do not use this supplier.

I received one pair of the concho locks. The order clearly shows 2 pair. That's why the order was short a pair of the locks.

Having to use hearing aids is essential in many people’s lives, having something go wrong with them is an unwanted tragedy. Although having a power- retention tail break isn't drastic but it does make using an aid somewhat difficult and uncomfortable. These retention tails are the answer for quick repair and continued use without the power cord falling out. I learned that the tails, with age, become brittle and will break. I now have back up replacements at a very reasonable price.

The product was as expected but only one pair was included in the delivery when I expected 2 pairs (4 items) as described and shown in the illustration.
