I can't say enought good things about this powder, and I have tried many. Like many people who don't eat meat or fish, I struggle to get enough protein. Most protein powders give me gastrointestinal symptoms, some nausea. This one doesn't and as an added bonus has a pleasant taste, is mixable, has a high amount of vegan protein, low sugar, and does not upset my stomach or bind me. My only quibble is that I wish it had some calcium but you can't have everything. I like that it doesn't have that heavy faintly medicinal taste that many protein powders have. I plan to order again in the next few days.

This quickly became my most favorite protein powder! I usually gravitate towards chocolate protein powders but selected this one to try because I started a low FODMAP diet. It’s a little pricey but well worth it. The vanilla flavor is delicious and it has minimal ingredients. It’s healthy and easy on my tummy. I like to mix with some unsweetened vanilla almond milk, frozen banana slices, and a little ice in my Nutribullet. It’s perfect!!!

It blends okay with my oldie ninja bullet. I mix it with Fairlife milk and a splash of cinnamon. It is a medium thick shake consistency. It taste like vanilla cake batter to me, but others taste bananas. I’ve definitely seen gut health improvement. I’m no longer bloated or belching. I also see an improvement in my energy, not sure if they are related. Hope this works for you!

I don't understand why this doesn't come with a scoop - at $40/bag (~$2.60/serving) I don't want to have to break out the kitchen scale to weigh out 58 grams every time I use it That said, the powder itself seems ok so far - taste is not offensive and has not yet bothered my stomach.

I cannot say enough good things about this protein powder. Not only does it taste great it does not have chemical or harmful oils in it as other products do. I have IBS and was put on the low fodmap diet and this has become a staple in my daily life for smoothies. I only use about half the amount but it blends great and doesn't make your smoothie taste chalky!

I have fairly severe food allergies, IBS, and have to eat a low fodmap diet. So far so good eating one serving a day of this, blended with ice. Seems like a great way to break my fast, with No gut issues and no big sugar/carb spike.

I like this I’ve tried the core strength last year when I was struggling with my mental health and this help me a lot last year the flavor is ok but smells so good I would recommend getting this
