He wanted to provide the best customer service possible. Not only did Alex return all of my money as promised, he sent me a new wagon at no charge! All of his correspondence to me was apologetic and professional. I received the new wagon today. Hopefully, we will get a lot of use out of it with no further problems.Thank you Alex for keeping your word and providing excellent customer service. I highly recommend.Bought this as a Christmas gift for my son and his baby boy. We live in the north so couldn’t use it until the weather was nice. This wagon was used a total of 4 times. My 19 month old grandson was being pulled in the wagon on grass when suddenly the front wheels fell right off and the wagon tipped over. Luckily my grandson was not injured. Because the return date had passed, the company would not give a refund. Amazon did give me a credit. First they told me I would get a full refund and then I was told that I would get a 75.00 credit from Amazon, not from the company that sold the product. I paid 107.99 for the item. So beware. This wagon is not safe. The front wheels just snapped right off and the metal holding the wheels on to the body had a clean break. Just snapped right off. Should this really happen when being pulled on grass? My grandson only weighed 28 pounds and he could have been seriously injured. I would never do business with this company again. There are many other companies that will stand by their merchandise and sell a safe product. Based on my experience this isn’t one of them.

This wagon is built with tough work and fun in mind, it’s big enough to get just about anything done with it, when folded up it’s easy to store. And the value you get for money spent you can’t go wrong

Perfect for taking everything to the beach, the wheels could be better for the sand but we had it loaded down and it worked

The large wheels make pulling over our rocky lawn a breeze. It opens with one easy motion and folds back up just as easy. We use it to bring our heavy groceries in like dog food bags and cat litter. We can make all the groceries in one trip. It is also great for the beach. It has a strap to secure the toddler and all the beach towels, bags, and life jackets. I don't have to worry about where to put the baby while I haul everything across the beach. The tires work great on all types of terrains. We use this all the time.

I bought this to assist on a camping trip specifically for its 350lbs and heavy duty ratings. Along with backpacks, I needed to cart gear about a mile on a gravel road. I liked the big wheels and it maneuvered easily around my house.This cart made it maybe a quarter mile before one of the front wheels bent under the cart. 350lb rating? It carried maybe 150lbs of gear. I kept going and at 1/2 mile the front wheel sheered off the bar it was attached to. At this point I abandoned it, and made two trips between the cart and the campsite carrying everything the cart was supposed to haul. All the while other campers passed me with their similar collapsable carts, smiling as theirs easily hauled similar loads.It still had three functional wheels for the hike out, so I put a half load on it. No surprise, 1/2 mile down the road, the other front wheel sheered off the same exact way. I had to lift the front of it and drag it along. It was awful.It appears the front bar, which the wheels were welded to, was very thin metal not capable of withstanding the forces applied. Don't get this cart if you're expecting to go anwhere but down a sidewalk.

This wagon has been a so helpful this summer with trips to the lake and moving lawn cleanup. Definitely worth every penny spent!

I bought this wagon to use when hauling my beach stuff down to the beach on Lake Michigan. Based on good reviews going through soft sand, I selected this wagon. I don't know if Hercules wrote these reviews, but there is no way a normal sized woman could pull this through soft sand. In the wagon, I had my beach chair, small cooler and beach bag containing my towel, sunscreen, book and small radio. In order to get the wagon back to my car, I had to take my cooler out and walk it up to my car. But there are some pros -Good pulling through grass, asphalt and rocks. We will get good use of this wagon when we are camping.It is easy to set up and take down. Storage will be minimal.Overall, not intended for why I really purchased the wagon but I'll get use out of it. I don't want to buy yet another wagon that will actually pull through soft sand, so lesson learned. Don't believe all the reviews you read!
