Dell Dock- WD19S 90w Power Delivery - 130w AC - 90 W

Works as exactly as it should. Good

My wife started a new job where she works from home almost 100%. They supplied her with equipment, and a small usb-c dock. It was insufficient. I bought her this because of my experience with it’s like at my current, and last ITS job. It does everything. Allows her to project to 2 external monitors in addition to her laptop screen. USB-A and C ports, power. It’s a great piece of hardware. The seller also got it to me in great time, and I would buy from them for anything.

This particular dell docking station (also known to be a port replicator) has on onboard power button 3 HDMI ports, 2 USB ports, 1 mini USB (rear), 1 Ethernet port, and 1 mini USB on the right side. It was an easy install and adapted well to my Dell Latitude 7480. It helped me get back to a dual monitor setup (with laptop screen as an optional 3rd) and save desk space and wire clutter (can't stand either). It is fairly well priced for the features and arrived quickly compared to many other units being out of stock. Only down side I would say is it's somewhat bulky. You have the port replicator portion which is about 3"x6"x1" then there is also a power block along with chords for both which you'll need to find a home for. All in all I am very satisfied with the purchase and performance so far.

This item broke (fan failed) only 9 months after purchase. When I contacted Dell to get a replacement, i found out that this was a 2.5 year old item, that the seller had likely sold me a refurbished docking station, and that the 3-year warranty had expired 3 months earlier. No where in the description did it say it wasn't new, or that the warranty would not be honored. Now I have to replace it at my own expense!

I have two of them, one at the office and the second home at my house. The one at the house I can keep the lid close, plug and will function as normal but the one at the office, I must open the lid first and then connect for it to work. No idea how to fix this inconsistent behavior.

Docking station works great exactly what I needed. The only thing is that they dont tell you the power cord is not included. How are you supposed to charge it? Well had to order it separately!!

I had a VAVA dock before and was having issues with my external screens randomly flashing on and off. Since I switched to this Dell Dock, that issue has not happened again. I highly recommend this dock if you are running a laptop and 1-2 external monitors.

This item was sent to Australia from USA. The AC power cable (the one that goes into your 240 AC socket) was American, not Australian. They should at least supply an USA to AUS adapter. Fortunately, I had a spare AUS power cable. The Dell Dock works as expected.

Quality built however didn't work as Asus laptop wasn't USBC powered can't be used

Very happy, can work with my laptop and 2 other screens. Also charge the laptop all in the same time!!! I try lots of different models and none could do it all. I recommend

This is fantastic. It works so well and seamlessly.

re-taped and banged up cardboard box. we'll see how it works.
