I have an external brick wall that's had some grafitti spray painted, have tried scrubbing and not been able to remove it with WD40, will this work?

It got paint off a wall so I assume it will remove it from glass

Will this work on my concrete fence posts

I would imagine the concrete has lots of pores where paint would penetrate so it might be difficult to remove any paint. The aerosol has a single directional spray so difficult to cover large areas.
