Introduction to Xcos: A Scilab Tool for Modeling Dynamical Systems

An accessible reference to the Xcos blocks library. The book is neatly divided up into sections on each of the Xcos Palletes. There is a summary of each of the blocks available in the palletes at the beginning of the sections. This makes everything easy to find when you do not remember the name of the block that you wish to use. Each block appears sufficiently documented with an example of how to use the Tool. The book does not attempt to teach dynamical systems. It simply makes the tool available for those who know how.

Estrutura de bibliotecas e exemplos de como usar é muito completo. Amplo e muito didático para uso, mas exemplos básicos. Faltam exemplos mais elaborados como ponte para a parte de nível intermediário. Usar mais engenharia e física ajudaria muito a iniciar uma evolução mais robusta.
