An accessible reference to the Xcos blocks library. The book is neatly divided up into sections on each of the Xcos Palletes. There is a summary of each of the blocks available in the palletes at the beginning of the sections. This makes everything easy to find when you do not remember the name of the block that you wish to use. Each block appears sufficiently documented with an example of how to use the Tool. The book does not attempt to teach dynamical systems. It simply makes the tool available for those who know how.

I good introduction to creating simulation model in XCOS.The following chapters detail the blocks in each of the Pallets some with examples. There is also a chapter on basic example models for you to try and explore. All in a good reference for XCOS and ideal for people new to SciLab and XCOS
