Good value - replace the jack not the item
My son decided to repair his headphones and these were perfect - so for the cost of this item we repaired a good pair of headphones - I don't know £20. Great repair. Taught my 17yr old the value of mend and make do. Easy to fit.

3.5mm headphone plugs
They are what they say they are but could do with a cable strain relief and they are quite tricky to solder on to as the solder pads are minute. Still they work ok once solder on.

Eyes of an eagle
Tiny solder points but it works, just need sniper eyes to see the terminals

These are NOT spade type connectors. Extremely hard to solder.
Avoid, unless you are extremely proficient with a soldering iron. Spend extra on connectors with spade type connectors as these employ round / barrel type solder terminations which are VERY VERY hard to solder.

Very tricky to solder
Tried and failed twice to rewire a gaming headset using these jacks. Very small pads in very limited space. Difficult to heat up joint without melting the insulation between poles. Needs some pro level soldering skills to work with these.
