how do I remove rust from griddle

You'll want to scrape it down as good as you can first. Then use the cleaner and scrub until you don't see any more rust. It worked for me but it took a lot of elbow grease.

Is the Oversized Grill Scrubber a “hi-temped rated, grill brush”?

I used it while the griddle was still hot.

Do you have to season your griddle again after cleaning it with Stera-Sheen?

I season mine after every use. Oil prevents rust forming

Can this be used on a stainless steel griddle?

Yes. I use this on a stainless steel griddle.
