Choose the right size depends on your stage of pregnancy. If you're in your early stages, plese use your pre-pregnancy body size. Question 2

What is the width/height of the band?

Accepted Answer

I have a medium and it is 39" long and 9" wide. It stretches further and has 2 additional straps that wrap around.

Question 3

Hi i had a c-section 3 weeks ago and im now 160 lbs and my tummy is 41inches. What size should i purchase?”

Accepted Answer

I would say large or medium. A large fit me 3 weeks pp, and I was 170lbs at time of birth and 150lbs by 6 weeks pp. The large is not too tight, so it just depends on how tight you want it.

Question 4

Hi i am 38 weeks and i have 161 pounds and before i to get pregnant 130 pounds and my height is 5'4". what size i need s or m?

Accepted Answer

The braces run small. I am about your size I am 155 pounds 8 weeks postpartum and I got the size XL and it fits good, it may be just a tiny big for me but I can since it in to where it fits good. You would probably be good with a large though.
