Ho acquistato questa piastra in ghisa per cuocere il pane e la pizza nel forno di casa. Mi trovo molto bene e il risultato della cottura è perfetta. Si pulisce bene con panno asciutto / umido da freddo e lo rimetto nel forno leggermente caldo così non rischio che si formi ruggine. Lo riesco a manovrare senza problemi e trovo molto utile .
