Thank you Waikei for providing these 940 print heads at such affordable prices. I paid over 78 dollars per print head when I replaced them four years ago. I was worried that my HP ink jet 3500 would reject them but all I got was a message that using non HP new replacement print heads would void my warranty. My warranty has been expired for years any way. This product is solid and works great. Thank you for offering these print heads through Amazon. The only regret is not finding you sooner. I've been cleaning with alcohol and a q-tip for a year now. I paid full price for this purchase, this is a real review bought and paid for with my own hard earned money.

Do not purchase this product. They are not what they say they are. I installed the printer heads and my printer worked for a short time. I then started to get error messages stating alignment failed. Went through the process to fix the issue. It worked for a short time then started doing the same thing. It would have blank spaces on the paper. The black wouldn't work at all. Then it told me I needed to replace the color cartridges and I didn't need to. When I compared them to the original HP printer heads they were not exactly the same. The label was different, the company put a sticker on the cartridge which means that they where handle by someone. Then I noticed that they were expired as well. The first picture I attached is the original HP printer head that came with the printer. The second picture is the one that I received from this supplier. Notice that the labels look simalur however not identical. The third picture shows the original HP printer head on the top with the orange caps and the lower printer heads are from the supplier. If you look at the supplier ones there is a white sticker on them with writing. There is not white sticker on the original ones. If these are suppose to be genuine HP products they should look just like the ones I took out. FYI - the newer printers have micro chips that the prints read. So if your printer cartridges are expired they will not work in the printers. I read some have work around for that but not all printers do.

These print heads worked great in my HP 8500 ink jet printer. I would recommend them .

After reading several reviews for this product, I decided to try them. Glad I did! They work as well as the HP printheads at 1/4the price. Easily installed and work as advertised.

They are not like my original printhead(s) but so far so good.

I've used this product in the pat and it worked flawlessly. Unfortunatly my printer died and am unable to use this product again. Good product, just like HP sells.

Replacement print heads did not resolve the "alignment failed" problem with this printer. Also, there was a piece of plastic broken out of the nozzle portion of the print head. Though not expensive, not worth the money expended in an effort to solve the problem. I replaced the printer with a different manufacturer.

UPDATE: I have to agree with several others who have reviewed this product. These printheads worked great for about 30 days. Just after the end date for returns. The black/yellow printhead stopped working. My printer tries to align the printheads without success. All printing is done with the red/blue printhead. I don't recommend this product. I'm going to be trashing my printer and buying a new one. I should have done that before wasting my money on these printheads. If it's too good to be true...it probably is. Needed new printheads to extend the life of my printer. Found these at half the cost of other printheads. Between the cost of ink and the cost of printheads, it's almost more economic to buy a new printer every time you run out of ink or need new printheads. I decided to purchase these as a last ditch effort to fix alignment issues I was having. They were delivered earlier than promised. They were exactly the same as the original printheads. After replacing them, the alignment issue is fixed and the printer is working perfectly.
