I think sugar flair is the best food colouring. I have bought this make many times before. Easy to use and consistency is very good and does not taste the icing

Does what it says on the tin! Does not affect consistency of the icing.

Achieved the colour needed
I purchased the brown food colouring. It needed a lot of the product added to some ready-to-roll fondant icing to achieve the darker brown cour that was needed. I'm not sure that I'd call it a paste as such, it is more of a thick liquid. Overall, it did what I needed.
