How do you clean the hose with the built in stopcock?

Dear Lynnie,Thanks for your question.It is very easy to clean our hose and stopcock tap assembly.You can either run clean water with some mild detergent through the hose, and open and close the tap to until it's clean. I just received mine and it didn't come with instructions, it is not basic common sense either because these adapters are not fitting right. Help
