This headset is a Daily not Avaya. Callers could not hear on other line.

Product is light weight, easy to use and has good clear sound. You can hear the other person on the call without any static. Great for hands free phone use.

They are great!
I like that they are very light to wear because you wear them 4 to five hours at a time to chat with clients on the phone. Maybe should have had a back form cover to keep up with hygiene issues.

The brand is not Avaya, it is daily. The sound is awful - the other person can't hear you. Don't Buy!

Lightweight headset. Sound quality is good.
We ordered a number of these lightweight headsets to use with our new Avaya phone system. The sound quality is good. They are easily adjustable and have fit our needs well.
