High Altitude Mask, Training Workout Mask Men to Improve Lung Capacity

Works great just what I expected. It makes for a tough workout but that’s the point really. it comes with extra filters and valves to adjust your difficulty. Right size fits comfortably. Low cost. I felt my breathing was improved during my workout. it help increase lung capacity and makes lungs to work hard getting the oxygen. It is perfect mask for people who loves workout.

I am absolutely amazed this thing is comfortable, and I think it has helped in my goal of doing altitude training. I'm still using the lowest setting with brief excursions into a middle setting. My oxygen saturation will go from around 98% to about 96% with mild activity which is significant for a device that is not directly changing O2 percentages

Mask is Dope and My Workouts be Epic... The Only Reason why I gave It Four Stars is because It Slips down My Face as I am Running or Working Out... Overall, Great Purchase for Me...

This mask is great for boosting your training intensity. It made me feel like I couldn’t breathe after only one minute of running in it, so it definitely does the job! The only issue with it I had was the mask kept sliding down my nose and I had to keep pushing it up during my run.

I purchased this mask after a friend told me how effective it was for his runs. I’m a long distance runner, so I wanted to see the effects it had on my speed and endurance. I’m really impressed! There are different settings on the mask that allow you to ease into the oxygen restriction levels. I’ve been working my way up the levels, but can already see huge improvements in my endurance when I train with the mask and then run a race without the mask.

This really makes a huge difference in your stamina I'll put this on and just go for a 30 minute walk and you'll notice the difference in your endurance real quick...

Mask doesn’t fit perfectly well but found that if i make the neck strap tight as possible it will do the trick. This mask is absolutely insane and makes me want to quit when i do cardio on the medium setting (which is a good thing). Doing hard cardio on the hardest setting makes me want to pass out (which means it’s doing my job). Would recommend
