what is the voltage output on the USB side?

Unlikely. Its designed to work in a computer with 4-pin connectors. Its unlikely a car stereo would have the 4-pin connector wired for USB. But, in the end, its just an adapter, its job is to turn a 4-pin USB to a conventional USB.

Can you have 2 of these adapters in one usb 2.0 port

I'm sure the question is super clear, but if you have two spots on your motherboard for hooking up usb ports then you can use two of these. I know I did. It wont really spit into to though; it isn't a hub if that is what you are asking.

Pour qui veut disposer d'un connecteur USB dans son boitier à moindre coût, ce câble le permet en le connectant sur un port libre USB de type F-F de sa carte mère. Pratique si l'on désire brancher un éclairage led USB, par exemple. La bonne surprise est que le câble mesure en fait plus de 20 cm, il vaut mieux en avoir plus que pas assez, me direz-vous ! Mais attention ! Veillez bien à le brancher correctement en respectant la polarité de votre connecteur sur votre carte mère sous peine de provoquer des dégats à celle-ci ou à votre appareil connecté dessus. Vous avez généralement 2 ports usb disponibles par connecteur sur votre carte mère, vérifiez l'image que j'ai postée pour connecter ce câble en haut ou en bas sur votre connecteur tout en respectant la polarité. @+

I have installed this dongle with no issues into my server build. I'm running unraid on that system which boots from a USB drive. I didn't want the USB stick to be tampered with from the exterior of the case and decided to use this so there USB stick could be concealed within the case. So far have I've been running with this attachment for a year with no issues. Would certainly recommend for anyone else that needs to have USB-A access within their case.
