The device was very easy to set up. The two cameras were already paired to the parent unit and it comes with two wall mounting kits. This is an amazing price for 2 cameras and a parent unit. Before we moved and had our second kid, we had a Hubble camera that was almost the same price for only one camera. On top of it (Hubble) being over priced, we would constantly have connectivity issues and the camera quality wasn't nearly as clear as the the Babysense. The VOX feature, split screen, and zoom on this thing are amazing. I also love that I'm able to see the whole room by moving the camera. The only downside of this Babysense monitor, which isn't really a downside since it was resolved, is that after 1 night of using it the parent unit started making a weird sound (see video). I tried turning it off and on and pressing the reset button on the back, but neither of these things worked. And I also made sure it wasnt coming from my kids' rooms or the cameras themselves. So I called customer service and the rep, Chris, was great. He was very polite and guided me through some troubleshooting tips. Since we weren't able to resolve the issue, he ended up sending a new parent unit, free of charge. He said it would arrive in two days, but to my surprise it came in the very next day. Within less than 24 hours of calling customer service, I already had a new parent unit at my front door. Although the first parent unit was defective, I'm still giving a 5 star rating because the issue was resolved in a very quick and easy manner. Their customer service is one of the best I have seen. They also make it super easy to contact them by providing their contact information right on the parent unit so you always have it on hand. I will update this review if any issues arise with the new parent unit.

I needed a new camera with split abilities to watch my toddler and newborn and this one is perfect! Reaches all in my home and the quality is one of the best. Sounds a little grainy but it doesn’t affect anything. It’s still great! Really easy to set up anywhere. I used a baby monitor holder to attach to a dresser and put the camera there. The battery on the monitor lasts a really long time compared to my other one too

Clear picture. Easy to use. Like a millisecond lag. It’s barely noticeable. Also surprisingly durable. My baby has pulled this off the wall several times and it still works perfectly. We DID NOT mount it properly so I can’t speak on that. If it was mounted properly she probably couldn’t have yanked it down to start with.

We got this monitor after our old one (different brand) started smelling like melted plastic and the monitor speaker shorted out. I love the split screen feature on the monitor, the battery life is great compared to our old monitor, and VOX has different sensitivity levels. The chargers/plugs are all interchangeable between cameras and monitor, but one minus is that the power adapter is AC, so not interchangeable with other USB-c or micro USB devices The camera has 3 different brightnesses for night light, you can talk through it, and it has lullabies and white noise which we haven’t used but nice to have! However, after a few days one of the cameras started constantly losing signal everywhere in the house except the nursery, which defeats the purpose of having a baby monitor. I contacted Babysense customer service and after some troubleshooting but not being able to resolve, they expedited me a camera replacement under warranty! Amazing!! One thing I’m not a huge fan of is the button for the night light - I accidentally press it all the time. Also I wish the screen brightness wasn’t in the settings but a button on the side (similar to volume) or instead of the night light. But overall pros outweigh the things I’d change. I like it better than our old brand!

For the price, this actually is a pretty good baby monitor. I really like that the screen is small and handheld size, makes it easy to carry around and still keep an eye on the baby. Love that it has a speaker to communicate/soothe baby from afar. I don't like that it does pick up random noises in other rooms and makes loud high pitches. Like that you can see two angles of baby with two cameras at the same time, I do wish it was a little easier to zoom in to the opposite camera when toggling between them, but it's still nice to have the feature. You can move the camera up and down as well which is great when baby is moving around. Night vision is great as well, really clear to see what baby is up to. Battery life could be longer, but most of the time if I'm in another room away from baby I will just leave it plugged in where I can still see it.

I really like this monitor. It has a nice big display which is super sharp, and the HD quality from the cameras is outstanding... even in night vision you can still see every movement no matter how small. It has a great range of additional options such as the night light, sounds and ability to have it display both cameras at once. I should add the range of motion on the cameras plus the 4x zoom (digital) really make it easy to keep tabs on your lil one (or surprise your partner). The "However" for me is... We've had this almost a month and one of the cameras has stopped functioning for some reason. The power cables are fine but this camera just doesn't turn on, despite it working 2 days ago. Could someone get back to me about this otherwise I might have to return it as faulty... [UPDATE!] So I had one camera go on the fritz where it stopped drawing power. Sean from Babysense quickly and efficiently replaced the faulty camera unit at no charge and shipped it next day so we weren't without our second for long. It was amazing service and I cannot thank them enough for their time and effort to sort this out. A* service.

Vraiment parfait. Babyphone avec une super qualité d’écran, très robuste, fonctionnel : parfait pour nos jumeaux (avec même une possibilité d’achat une caméra supplémentaire ce qui est très pratique) Nous sommes encore plus satisfait car notre babyphone est tombé en panne 1 an et demi après l’achat (problème de batterie). Le service client a été très réactif, ils nous ont renvoyé un babyphone 3 jours après la réclamation. Incroyable ! Merci !

Esta cámara fue un regalo que le hice a mi prima, y les pedí un vídeo corto para subir la reseña, ya que me hablaban maravillas de la cámara. Tienen ahora un nuevo bebé y ya tenían un niño. En su día, para el.primer peke, les regalaron una cámara que no tenía esta calidad, y con la visión desde app de móvil. Les planteé este regalo, porque confié en la marca, y no me ha defraudado. También me apoyé en las reseñas muy favorables, y es todo cierto. Estas imágenes están grabadas, 100% completamente a oscuras, menuda calidad!! Ilumina perfectamente de noche, grabando en blanco y negro con mucha nitidez. En color, graba de día, o en cuanto tiene luz. El sonido, también es muy bueno! Está grabado el vídeo con un móvil, enfocando la pantalla y el sonido ambiente, y aún así se aprecia. La comunicación es fantástica, sin necesidad de wifi. Pensaba que no tendrían tanta cobertura porque es una casa, y todo lo contrario. Arriba en la habitación, puerta cerrada y ellos abajo a muchos metros, conexión perfecta. Se comunican desde la pantalla con la cámara que quieren interactuar para que les escuchen sus hijos. Dicen que por las noches, les ha dado la vida!! Tiene unas nanas preestablecidas. Aún ese tema no lo han mirado bien. Lo mejor, que además lo podrán llevar a casas de familia, donde el bebé descanse, controlar y estar tranquilo, sin conexiones ajenas. Además, lo amortizarán durante años. Se pueden conectar dos cámaras más, adicionales. Decir que el servicio técnico y su amabilidad, es de 10. Que responda un servicio postventa, rápidamente, brindando toda garantía de satisfacción, es importante! Es decir, recomendable 100 %, fácil de instalar y si necesitas vigilar dos estancias, porque tengas dos niñ@s, o dos puntos de visión, es la cámara perfecta.

The monitor itself is of excellent quality - great picture, lots of settings, great cameras and battery. HOWEVER, my parent unit is faulty and requires me to reset my preferred Vox, time, temperature etc settings every single time I turn the parent unit back on. I was in contact with the monitor company (Babysense) for several days and they were very helpful and responsive, however in the end, they told me I needed to contact the Amazon seller as it is out of their hands (they don't sell directly to Canada and I bought off of Amazon). I was 3 days past the Amazon 30 day return and this Amazon seller (Nation Central) refused to offer any help besides telling me to contact the manufacturer. Extremely unimpressed with the customer service by this seller.
