Mouth watering!
Taste: it is the perfect combination of spice from the onion and chilli to the tang of coriander and lime. Even got my partner to try it (he despises anything green or vegetable/fruit related) and he loves it. Ideal for snacks or for a family picnic etc

Almost there
The Good : No sour cream, a lot of avocado, mostly good tangy taste The Bad: still not the original Mexican recipe but the Spaniard twist. No chili taste at all. Funny to put that in bad since that suits me fine but it is not the recipe... The tanginess is particularly felt when the teeth crushes where the lime meets a dice of onion... not kiss-friendly The Ugly: I don't mind the Spaniard touch but If you're going to add stuff that is not in the original Mexican recipe, make it subtle at least. I want to eat guacamole not pungent red onions. Verdict: Halve the amount of onions and crush them, tomatoes provide the only needed texture here. Put a tiny amount of chili for a subtle kick for a nod to the original and a little excitement in the tastebuds.
