The instructions are on the Prismax website and YouTube. I applied this as directed but I don’t have a heated bonnet so I just soaked a hair towel in hot water, wrung it out, and wrapped my hair in it, left it on for 1 hr. I rinse out thoroughly, how can I know if I rinse out 70% not realistic for a DIY. The results are nevertheless wonderful. My hair is soft silky and shiny. It doesn’t straighten hair nor change texture or color, just a superb deep protein mask. I’m doing this monthly for 5 months like they recommend. Have done it twice to my frizzy highlights and it’s superb.
