VideoSecu 4 Black Universal Satellite Speaker Mounts/Brackets for Walls and Ceilings 1VE (Black, 4 Pack)

I used these to install smaller speakers in a Sony surround sound set up. These mounts were perfect, I trust the lighter weight speakers on them, no problem. The different pieces were removable and adjustable, giving alot of options for distance from wall, mounting options, etc. They were a little hard to tighten once the speakers were in place (the hex key is tough to work in corners, behind speakers), but this can be solved by adjusting before attaching the speakers. These were the best priced mounts that I could find and I am satisfied with this purchase.

I was very impressed with these mounts. They aren't cheap plastic, but a solid nylon based plastic, much more sturdy. Lots of mounting options, extensions, and mounts. Would imagine they could mount to 90%+ of the different types of speakers our there. I used these to mount my Rear Back Surround speakers which actually mount behind the couch to the wall pointing directly up. No problems, there were quickly adjusted and mounted. All hardware included for all the different mounting options.

Great product but beware you can easily over tighten these and strip the main screw that holds speaker onto the mount. Used to mount atmos speakers to ceiling.

These mounts were exactly what I needed. They are made of a heavy-duty nylon type plastic. They have multiple parts that easily come apart and put back together with hex screws, so that they can be used with or without the extenders or elbows. They also, with several screws of different types and length so that there are many ways to mount things. They are actually labeled in the packaging has mounts for security cameras, but they worked great for my speakers. I did have to grind down the part that attach to the speaker to fit it inside of the speakers' mounting box, but this was more a problem with the design of my speakers, and was fairly simple to do. Each mount comes with a hex wrench, so you get some bonus hex wrenches out of the deal.

Great set of mounts for the price. Extremely sturdy, came with many mounting options, sleek.Actually I had a trip with this one. First of all I don't have speakers with a standard wall mount setup. I drilled some holes in the back of them and used the single-hole mounting bracket that came with this set. No real issues here, did a pretty good job (if I may say so myself).My only gripe about these is the wall anchors that came with them kind of... suck. They have no grip on the drywall that I set it in and always fell through to the nether regions of my home. I had to buy some decent ones from Home Depot to alleviate this. After all, they'll be stuck in the wall for good, so why not use good quality drywall anchors?Not enough to warrant -1 star though. Great item, fast delivery, great seller. A++.

These are neat little mounts but installation can be tricky, even if somewhat straightforward. I mounted Yamaha 393 series speakers for surround sound with this product. All clamps and mounts are included, as are screws and drywall anchors for stud or hollow-wall applications. The tricky portion comes into play when you're mounting the speaker mounting plate to the back of the stereo speakers. Because of where the mounting plate attach point are located(connecting to the speaker), you must put the (+) and (-) wires into the connections on the rear of the speaker THEN attach the mounting plate to the speaker, all while holding the speaker in one hand and assmebling with the other. The mounting plate covers the speaker wire connection. Once you're wired and the plate is connected, then you can assemble the mounting plate/speaker to the remainder of the wall bracket (which you previously installed before wiring the speaker and mounting the bracket). Because of the multiple brackets, mounting plates, wiring and screws, you'll need a willing assistant to hand and hold the tools and pieces to assemble the system....especially if you're up near the top of the ceiling and on a ladder or stool. They look great and are very simple to adjust and you can use both arms together or separately, depending on your application and rooms size. I would purchase these again or recommend them to a friend.

Bought a 4pk thinking I would only need 2 for my rear L&R surround speakers. These mounts are very versitale and have about any combination of adjustment that you would need. Because of my small space I wanted my speakers closer to the wall...I was able to take part of the arm off and just use the shorter peice which was nice. I was glad that I went with the 4 pak as my big center speaker ended up being to tall to sit under my tv. So I painted a 2x4 black and mounted it to the back of my tv stand. I was a little worried that the mount would not hold its position above my tv b/c the center speaker is pretty heavy. Welp it worked perfectly can't see the 2x4 and the speaker mount to my suprise was able to hold the heavy center speaker at a downward angle with no problem at all!

Background: I bought these for my home surround setup. I used Energy 5.1 speakers (these are on the smaller side).Pros: Works great. Wiring and speaker installation was simple. There is a hole to run wire in which is great to hide the wires. Holds position that I set it in. Had these a few years and are holding up great. Also great price.Cons: NoneBottom line: If you need mount for a smaller sized speaker, this is the ticket.

I am satisfied with this product. I don't know why others (based on the reviews that I read before buying) found it hard to install. I did the installation myself without any assistance, and my speakers weighed almost 10ibs. Had I known I would have bought the 6pcs set.

I was afraid that my choice will not serve the purpose, however, I was astonished at how nicely adjusted my BOSE Gem speakers and fits them perfectly for a ceiling mount in my basement.
