PROIRON Resistance Bands Set

Very good quality, proiron doesn’t disappoint

I've been weight training for many years. Often I travel to destinations where I don't have access to a gym. I've bought several of these tension bands for working out and they mostly have a limited range of motion, their elasticity changes over time or they are the wrong size. These ones are the best ones I have ever bought and were a fantastic replacement for the gym. Let's be honest here, I don't expect these bands to build muscle.. But certainly to give me the pump and and excercise I need. Yes you can have a complete body part or full body work out with these. Yes you will get sore and aching muscles.

It's durable, useful and easy to use, but the transparent rubbers around it is deformed and not possible to fix it.

Nice packaging and quality ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ my only mistake is thinking its a 2 band each but thats in me. I can still use it with only 1 band.

Son buenas, mucho mejor que las que son de goma hueca que dan mal rollo porque pueden romper con facilidad, éstas son cuerdas elásticas y se ven resistentes. El pack incluye 5 bandas de distinta resistencia desde 10 LB hasta 30 (pueden combinarse), una bolsita, un par de agarres para las manos, 2 mosquetones metálicos, un par de tobilleras y un útil rodillo para utilizarlas en la parte superior de una puerta. +Puntos positivos: El material de las bandas se ve resistente y de calidad. Las bandas tienen una etiqueta de tela con la resistencia de cada una. Vienen accesorios como las tobilleras, el rodillo y la bolsa. -Puntos negativos El material de las tobilleras y el rodillo es mejorable. El precio no es barato. En general lo recomiendo, mucho mejor que otros packs más baratos que he visto de muy mala calidad.

I really liked the durability of the product and I was surprised at the quality of it, based on the price! Very solid product, and portable.

Non sono nuovo nel settore delle resistance band e queste, dopo una lunga serie di traversie con i modelli più classici (quelli in gomma, per intenderci) che hanno portato, dopo poco tempo dall'utilizzo, alla rottura dei sopracitati, sembrano essere il modello definitivo. Assemblate come un insieme di filamenti elastici avvolti da una guaina simil maglia di tessuto col fine di proteggerli, vi è una ulteriore guaina in materiale plastico abbastanza solido ma che risponde, in maniera egregia, agli stimoli di deformazione. Questo serve come protezione in caso di esercizi in cui, le suole delle calzature, prevedono il posizionamento della resistance band al di sotto di esse. Per quanto riguarda il feedback di resistenza e peso sprigionato, lo trovo molto accurato e capace di offrire una combinazione ottimale in base ai propri carichi. Il kit è composto da cinque resistance band di differente peso, due comode maniglie con impugnatura imbottita e moschettoni, due cavigliere, l'attaccamento per porta o altri infissi, una sacca di trasporto e un piccolo manuale completo di esercici user friendly. Per il prezzo pagato, la qualità è davvero su livelli ottimi e, dopo cinque mesi di utilizzo senza alcun problema, non posso che consigliarle.
