**Q: The gel is of lighter color than all the previous times i've bought it and without the tiny granules. it's smoother. did i get a fake product?**
A: No. The product is authentic. The formula for the peeling gel has changed to a better, more gentle formula. We have also removed the micro-beads to be in compliance with the FDA regulations banning micro-beads. Thank you for your purchase and contact!

**Q: Why is the face cream with no scent**
A: I never noticed a scent before.

**Q: The hydrra am was my favorite.  it used to be livhter and amelled sweet. mh new one has no scent and is heavier. why?**
