June 8, 2017: Still works for me. As a vegan amateur bodybuilder, this helps a lot with my digestion process. I eat about 2000-2200 calories (5-6 meals) and before taking this, I always had stomach pains/bloating. Now after taking these injunction with my CLA's (that I've been using since March,) and tracking my food, there's been no stomach issues since. I started taking this on the May 14th, after a day or so I saw results Immediately. I am now completely regular and my belly is leaner as ever. It's been only a week, but we'll see! When considering the effects of probiotics on the stool, it is important to realize that these “friendly” bacteria are working to restore balance in the body, regardless of what the symptom of that imbalance is. Because the body is designed to work in balance, an upset of that balance produces symptoms such as constipation, diarrhea, and irritable bowel syndrome. I try and stay mindful about what I'm eating and my stress levels. These two impact tremendously on your health, especially the body, especially the stomach.

I was feeling really run down from stress and really struggling for energy and needed something to boost up my immune system so I was recommended this by a good friend. I had been in the market for a while for a good probiotic and hadn't found any both for me and my mom who has GI issues and is elderly. In less than a week after taking this, I wasn't just back to myself, but rather much better than my previous self. I have more spring in my step and just feel way better overall with much more energy. This is a great product. I will use it for the rest of my life and urge everyone else to do so as well. Decent product, but a lot of the capsules were broken.

I had really high hopes for this probiotic, Iv spent so much money on different brands in the past. These arrived on time, but I have not noticed any changes in my digestion while taking these so I decided to do the “milk test” and it appears that these probiotics are all dead. I wouldn’t recommend ordering these unless they are going to be shipped in a cold pack.
