I like these vitamins. They work well for me. I needed a a choice that had no calcium in them. There are no digestive issues with these vitamins.

This product is an excellent source of vitamins. The recommended dose is one capsule, and it works just as well as others, which require two capsules. Keep in mind, it's only vitamins; I take a mineral supplement along with it daily. All of this at a low price. I strongly recommend this product.
