Perfect for the job - these can also be used on plasterboard. Remove the hook and then pull out the pins and you can paint straight over them. The plastic hook will probably break when you do this, but they aren't designed to be re-used and won't break in use.

I can't imagine these working terribly well on concrete walls, but on standard internal gyprock walls they work a treat. Zero issues - really easy to install, and leave very little evidence behind once removed.

The product is very easy to install however, when you have to remove it from the wall the pins do not come off. I had to use a bird beak plier to get it off.

These don’t work on concrete. The pins just bend when hammered in.
