I got this to help my Mom deal with her depression. She does not like taking medicine. She refused to let her doctor increase the dosage on her medication. I found this Ashwaghnda blend about a year ago after taking natures valley stress relief which is only 300 mg Ashwaghnda and 100 mg L- theanine but I needed to take 1 in the morning and 1 at night to see results. One day they were out of stock at Walgreens so I turned to Amazon and found this brand that had everything in one dose and it was more potent. I thought I’d give it a try and I’m so glad I did. Started taking this product for joint pain referred by a natural dr. But have had heavy bleeding since my car wreck every month since taking this since July 9th this month was a miracle . Also the energy I have after work and nomore brain fog . Suppose to help thyroid so I’m praying that too.

I liked this product a lot. I think it helped my mood and sleep but it was causing me very watery eyes that affected my driving and life. I went to the eye dr and they tried several things to help before my primary care Dr asked if I have started taking anything new. As soon as I stopped my eyes were fine.
