I had one of these cookies/biscuits on a recent flight and LOVED it and was so excited to see them on Amazon! I ordered them right away. Unfortunately EVERY cookie was broke. Most were broke into bite sized pieces. Very inconvenient and impossible to offer a guest. So disappointing. But the biscuits do taste good!

What a wonderful cookie! There is a hint of earl grey flavor in these light, crisp and delicious biscuits. Too bad they are so expensive, but I treated myself to a nice holiday tea dunking gift

Tasty but all of them arrived broken and some were just bags of crumbs. Lots of crumbs.

Delicious. Yet little too sweet for me. Like them to make it in smaller sizes in the future if possible.

NOT BISCOTT'S BEST ITEM. LEAVING 2 STAR SO THEY CAN FIX THEIR CRUMBLY PRODUCTS. When I opened the package, the cookies were all crumbled in the image below and looked like someone had ate out of it and decided to put it in the bag....disappointing. HOWEVER, when I bravely opened the package and bit on it, it tasted delicious--actual authentic Earl Grey Tea. So packaging is not good and it looks like someone ate out of it but the rich earl grey tea is good and it's so much better than the matcha flavour (it didn't even taste like matcha) so BISCOTTEA you should stick to what you are good at doing best: earl grey and english breakfast teas!

Very delicious cookies, but $12 for 8 cookies seems too expensive for me.
