If I were to spray paint it black would it hold the color? I want this exact set but in black and I don’t seem to find it anywhere

Painting a finished object can be a challenge. A lot depends on the materials used in creating the initial piece. For best results, you may want to give the piece a good cleaning followed by a thin undercoating spay. Then paint it. In painting this type of piece, a very spray paint. Possible multiple passes. You might want to visit a hobby store - like Hobby Lobby.

Can be placed in fresh water aquarium?

No, we do not recommend any of our statues be used with fish or animals as they have not been tested for animal safety.

I am looking for a nice size don’t want anything small want it to stand out any suggestions on sizing

It’s not too small. My dad loves it.

Can I hang it on the wall?

I did not purchase the monkeys. I purchased the three elephants sitting on each other shoulders. No you can no hang it on the wall, more for a shelf or book case.
