Murad AHA/BHA Exfoliating Cleanser - Glycolic Acid | Exfoliating face wash with Salicylic, Lactic & Glycolic Acids and Jojoba Beads exfoliates, smooths, softens and hydrates

I've been using this exfoliating cleanser for upwards of 3 years now. It provides good exfoliation without being too harsh on skin. I have somewhat sensitive skin and many other exfoliating washes tend to make me break out - not a problem with this one! I generally use this 2-3 times per week and definitely notice smoother, healthier looking skin after using.

Incredibly effective and gentle on sensitive skin. I don’t struggle too much with acne except around my cycle; I’m forever struggling with eczema on my forehead and upper cheeks where my glasses rest. I’ve started using this twice a week and saw a difference immediately. The size is fair for the price (Murad is a bit pricier as a brand but always worth it in my experience), and the fragrance is very muted. I pair this with the retinol (once every other week) and hydration gel by this brand as well for maximum effect.

Love this product. Great for sensitive skin. Doesn’t make your face feel tight after using makes it feel moisturized. I use it 2-3 times weekly and it will last me around 3 months. Great value for the product and its effectiveness.

It's not for my mature skin.

It has lasted long. You only need a little bit to wash you face. I would definitely get again and am thinking of getting another product in the line.

I’ve tried a lot of exfoliating cleansers, and this one from Murad is definitely a standout. The creamy texture feels luxurious, and it exfoliates really well without leaving my skin feeling tight or stripped. I use it about 2–3 times a week as part of my nighttime skincare routine. The combination of salicylic, glycolic, and lactic acids works beautifully to smooth out texture and brighten my skin. I’ve noticed fewer dry patches and a more even tone over time. Plus, it doesn’t irritate my sensitive areas—which is a huge bonus. The beads are very fine, so it’s more of a gentle polish than a gritty scrub. I wouldn’t rely on this alone for deep pore cleaning, but as an exfoliating step in a well-rounded routine, it’s excellent. I have been using this cleanser for over 15 years and have no intention of even looking for an alternative. It cleans and exfoliates brilliantly while leaving my skin feeling smooth and refreshed. The only changes I have noticed over the past two years are the redesigned tube and cap, which unfortunately feel less premium than before, and a slightly thinner consistency. As a result, it is easier to dispense too much and the product doesn’t last quite as long. Despite this, it remains my absolute favourite.

I've been using this cleanser for over a year, and I love the results. I use it without water, so I get a better exfoliating effect. It removes any texture, dry patches, little bumps and redness in my skin. It helped me clear my pores and over the year my skin looks flawless. I went 2 months without and my skin went really bad, once I started using it again now my skin is back to perfect.

This works so well at subbing and clearing your skin leaving it feeling silky smooth and soft while not being abrasive. I use it all over my body including my face and it’s the perfect size to travel with too. it’s great after laser hair removal due to the aha/bha component.

My fave exfoliating cleanser. Not too harsh and great value for the price. Has lasted me a long time using a few times a week.
