I use it to stick gazing balls in their holder and it last one to two years before I have to replace it. If you want this to stay permanently I would go to the hardware store and look into a construction adhesive. Depending on size, outdoor elements and vandalism I really don't think this would work. **Q: is this tape clay tape easily removable?** A: It seems to be. **Q: Will this stick to foam to the bottom of a vase** A: I believe that works but you have to make sure that all surfaces are dry be for you put the sticky tape in. **Q: Is this non-hardening clay and can it be reused?** A: The clay remains pliable and can be used many times. It's a great product, you'll love it. I use it to hold the floral frog in place in the bottom of the vase. When I use another vase, out comes the frog and the clay from the first vase and into the second one it goes.
