anyone have problems with this amp cutting out? I have 4 Skar 6.5's @4 ohm and 2 6.5 Skar woofers @4 ohm and it just started cutting out 3 wk later

I have this amp running 4x 6.5 speakers and a pair of 10's. If I turn the volume up near max for more than a couple of minutes the left (driver's) side speakers cut out until I turn it down for about 5 minutes. then they seem to fade back in and then I can turn it up a bit more. Mostly I have just avoided turning the volume up that loud.

When using hpf mode does that only filter channels 1-4 to block low frequencies, and leave channel 5 to have its 10-500hz full range still?

Yes hp on works on the channel you switch it to channel 5 shouldn’t have that option

can I strap another amp to my room 4500 and run 2 6.5 inch subs off that if so which amp they are Skar Audio woofers
