The white tip stems are too small to fit into the ear bud. How do I get them to seat?

I also had a lot trouble getting the tips with the white silicone covers on. I did two things that helped. 1) I inserted the tip of a screwdriver slightly larger than the stem to stretch out the stem a bit. 2) Like a previous writer mentioned, flip the "skirt" or bud, to just reveal the stem. Work the stem down the headphone and then flip the skirt back down once you have the stem in a good position.

will this work on ipad 10.2 inch 2019?

I have a earlier IPad and it works on it, and on my iPhone 8plus it advertised it will work with all apple products. I know this doesn’t answer your specific questions but I like the product

It dose work for galaxy note 10+

This version has an Apple Lighting connector so it won’t work with any non-Apple phone. I don’t know what kind of connector the Galaxy 10+ uses for headphones but there may be a version of this headphone that would work.

J'ai craqué pour le design en bois, vraiment très joli et original ! Côté son, j'ai dû abandonner mes vieux écouteurs intra Creative lors du changement d'iPhone, et j'ai eu l'impression de perdre en qualité. Mais cela reste anecdotique, ces écouteurs proposent un bon son équilibré. Comme indiqué dans d'autres commentaires : pensez à choisir la bonne taille de bouchon intra en silicone (3/4 tailles fournis, en incolore et noir) pour assurer un confort et une isolation optimales. Les écouteurs sont livrés dans un étui de transport, et ça c'est top ! Le prix est assez élevé pour ce type de produit, mais se justifie par : design soigné, matériaux de qualité, packaging luxe (boîte de transport + embouts silicone de rechange), performances acoustiques très correctes.

I have had approximately 13 different kinds of headphones and earbuds. I absolutely love these! The sound quality is excellent. I have significantly less hearing in my left ear and these are a dream!

Après un petit rodage, les écouteurs sont juste extra ! Finition au top, qualité sonore vraiment très bonne, les basses et les aigus sont incroyables ( il s'agit de mon avis car nous sommes tous différents niveau qualité sonore ) mais étant un puriste, adepte du bois pour les produits sonores je recommande donc vivement ces intras d'une grande qualité. J'espère que ce commentaire vous aidera dans vôtre choix. Je suis pleinement satisfait de mon achat ++
