Sun Hats for Women Fashionable Womens Wide Brim Hat Roll-up Straw Sun Visor Hat

I absolutely adore this hat. I'm one of those extremely fair, blue eyed women, and I swear if you even mention sunlight, I burn! 😉 My hair used to actually be completely white, but that changed to a more golden blonde in my early teens. My hair gotdarker, but my skin did not and I am still extremely sensitive to the sun. I have to buy special sunscreen especially for the summer months that has to exceed a factor 50 to keep me fully protected, not to mention that I have to wear sunscreen year round., Melanoma runs in both sides of my family, and I had my first bout of pre-cancerous Melanoma in my large birth mark on my back & in 2 moles on my shoulder at the age of 12. Since then I have had to visit my Dermatologist for rescreenings every 3 years. I've been extremely lucky that it hasn't reappeared, however the dermatologist tells me every time to remain vigilant, not expose too much skin to the sun & ensure I always wear a high power sun screen. Iown a lot of hats, but this is truly 1 of the most favorites in my arsenal. Not only is it beautiful & fashionable, but it folds up so small you can take it with you with in a small bag or purse & not damage it in any way. Then when you're ready to use it again, simply unroll it, and wala it's a beautiful, full coverage sun hat once again. It's the perfect shape to cover your face, neck, fron & back, & a little of your shoulders from the sun. It also has this great opening to allow extra heat to escape, and allows for women to wear with pony tails, top knots or high buns while still getting the sun coverage they need. It comes in so many different colors, & styles that there should be 1 to satisfyevery women. This company has me as a loyal customer for life!

I love this visor hat - and I wore it everyday of my recent cruise. It is super cute, very wearable and resilient flexible. And it’s packable — the fact that it easily rolls up to fit in your bag is a huge plus! Be aware that this visor does not provide full / complete sun protection - which which I didn’t know until after.

I purchased this same hat in tan over a year ago and loved it! Stays on well and has a cute little bow in the back on the Velcro strap. When I received the black version, that I recently purchased, there is writing/logo now printed on the strap that holds the visor in place when rolled. It kind of cheapens the look. I wish they didn’t add that. Overall still a nice sun hat.

Ponytail and bun friendly visor that keeps the sunlight out of my face on summer days. The Velcro straps securely on the back and the bow is a cute touch. It rolls up and is light which makes it easy to stash into a bag or carry-on. There's a neck loop to prevent it from flying away on windy days and a handy second loop for hanging on hooks.

I use this when I’m done with my facials and I have to go outside. This has covered my face and has let no sunlight touch my face. It is very convenient and portable. You could tie it around your purse or even around your neck.

Listen up ladies! It's high time we all knew that sun protection is the number one wrinkle-preventer alive. Also, an added plus is a much lower risk of developing skin cancer. Who knew, right? (We knew!) I love the look of the floppy sun hat, but all the ones I've tried have been, well, floppy. They are sturdy shade-givers for maybe a few uses, and then they just flop. Useless and annoying. This visor is so flexibly sturdy! I can kind of guide the sides to where I want them to be with little bends here and there, and they stay where I put them. It protects my skin and keeps me feeling a little cooler in the freaking devil heat we've had in the last couple of weeks here in Ky. I even wear it in the water while I'm floatin, and the back gets a little wet but dries very quickly. No dirty lakewater smell either. There are so many color options. I chose the natural-beige one. I also purchased the slightly creamier natural color, but it did not look as good with my hair color or skin tone, so I returned. It did look nice on my sister's much lighter hair though. Also, the velcro bow really makes it customizable to various head shapes. The absolute best feature is its travel potential. Roll it up, elastic, and bam. Fits in basically any bag. In the picture, the elastic is sticking out the bottom, but it is very easily tuckable. My sis was just like "lemme take a pic of ur hair real quick" so I obviously obliged. (Perfect for this review, though, right?!) The only complaint I have found with this is that in one spot on the back left "flap" there is a tiny piece of the plastic straw that sticks out and snags my bathing suit strap, or slightly scratches my shoulder. But I took nail clippers and a file and eliminated the issue. No repeats necessary so far. I've taken it on about 6 lake trips so far, with no issues! Lots of compliments and requests to borrow! Anyway, great price point, well-made, good material, and functional. The size of the shade is also great for me personally. I ordered a couple other brands to try too and they were kind of small and a little awkward-looking. Also I will point out that I was looking specifically for a visor! I didn't want a hat, because I also like to lighten my hair in the summer sun. Also, the visor feature is what really makes the roll-up feature work. I'm sure a hat would be better overall for avoiding heat, but I gotta say, the visor helps plenty!

I love this hat! Until now, I have never been able to find a straw hat that fits comfortably on my apparently large head. This one is near perfect! Adjustable, stays in place well, cute. I wasn't sure which color to choose, but so glad I went with the black. Goes well with my swimwear and skin tone (beige straw hats often make my fair skin look too red and splotchy). I've already worn it to the beach and pool multiple times since I received it, and it's holding up well so far. It's great for reading outdoors on a sunny day. The velcro is sufficiently strong, and I appreciate that the sticky side faces away from my hair instead of towards it (I have a different straw visor whose adjustable velcro strap always gets stuck in my hair. Ugh!) I love that it's open on top, too, as I usually wear my hair up, especially in the summer heat, and this allows plenty of space for a ponytail or messy bun. So glad I found this!

I love how compact this hat is for travelling! It rolls up nicely and can easily fit in a handbag or suitcase. It has an adjustable velcro patch, and an elastic to make sure it doesn’t blow away.
