Within 2 days all the pain in my feet was gone.

This was suggested by my podiatrist. They are very comfortable to wear right away. The support is fabulous.

These are very high arch insoles. Beware if you are not used to using something similar.

They do a solid job in helping with plantar fasciitis. My Podiatrist gave me these in his office and I have never regretted it. This is the only brand I will use to keep my feet healthy and happy.

I have very high arches and have used handmade custom orthotics for years. When I needed to replace them, I went to a new podiatrist where they used an updated system to design them. It was a digitized pad on the floor which I simply walked across, barefoot, several times. He barely looked at my feet much less took a cast as in the "olden" days. The "custom" orthotic I received, $400 later, looks almost identical to this pair by Powerstep. The custom pair had to be remade once and adjusted afterward (requiring several weeks & appointments). By accident I then discovered these Powerstep high arch orthotics. I compared the two in various shoes while on vacation and hiking daily. The Powerstep pair needed just a bit of breaking in - the arch was just a bit higher than the custom pair. Now I can say that both are doing the job well, but boy, do I wish I had saved $4oo! Thank you Powerstep!!
