I love this powder! I was worried about the dissolving issue. When I first stirred it in, it did not dissolve. However, I waited a few minutes and it dissolved perfectly. Some other customer said something like "if it's not dissolving in water, it's not dissolving in your body." LOL what? People won't take 3 seconds to fact check the wild nonsense claims they make. Can a steak dissolve in water? And yet your body breaks it down just fine. I searched for the answer and it's likely the calcium or zinc content, both of which can be hard to dissolve depending on factors like temperature. BTW, the second time, I tried dissolving it in a bit of warm water first (and then filling the rest with cold water) and it dissolved even more quickly. I got the raspberry flavor and it's absolutely delicious. Sugar free (stevia sweetened). I'm very happy and will be back for more!

Great taste and value, until the powder gets super hard.. could not use it fully had to throw half container out. Not happy and not worth the money. Very dissatisfied. Edit: To my surprise, seller reached out and refunded me for the powder. Kudos to the company for making this right!

Effective for electrolyte balance, but has suspicious "natural flavors", which could be MSG related under different names. It doesn't have enough potassium, but I recommend it for persons whose Dr. won't allow much. The cost is reasonable, it mixes easily, just shake or stir. I definitely feel able to wait longer between meals and feel supported during the night. Highly recommend, since it doesn't have Malto-dextrin in it.

My dad's doctor recommended adding electrolytes to my parents water after my dad (with Alzheimers) was dehydrated and fell. He stated that is is something he recommends to every single elderly patient he talks to. This electrolyte powder comes with a tiny scoop and it completely dissolves even with really cold water. There is no real taste. I would definitely buy again

Let's start with the good.. it does what it needs to do. It has a great balance of nutrients to be that drink you can drink all that you want all day. Something that is very important for a KETO and/or carnivore diet. I feel restored when drinking this mix and has every bit of quality advertised. Can't beat the price per serving. Now the bad part. The flavor is like sucking down pot pouri tea. Very soap like and artificial. It won't mix completely unless your water is warm or you let it sit for an hour before mixing. It will just settle out again anyway. There are much better brands out there that are worth the price. If I am spending $30 for drink mix I had better enjoy it.

I’ve tried tons of electrolytes and these are by far my favorite. Not too salty like the other and keeps me super hydrated!

If I could rate this zero stars I would. This powder looks like it has gotten wet. The powder is clumped in the bottom of the container. I had to dig out the scoop. Doesn’t look safe to consume. A waste of money since I cannot return. Sent an email. I’m waiting to hear back.
