Like millions of others around the world I follow a modified Paleo lifestyle. As part of that regimen I include nuts in my daily food intake. A variety of nuts help your Omega-6/Omega-3 balance, if you stay away from the choices on offer from "Big Nuts". Their nuts are roasted using seed-oil and crappy salt. I roast mine using coconut oil and Himalayan pink salt giving them extra goodness. I have tried nuts from many vendors but have settled on Food To Live nuts. They are always fresh, high quality and just plain yummy. I buy lots of nuts and give them to my friends and co-workers and they all tell me I have the best nuts and that the only problem they have with them is they can't stop eating them. Yay for my nuts. Yay for Food To Live.

I am not one to leave comments. But with these nuts, I just have to. These are the absolute best Brazil nuts I have ever eaten. I always soak and dehydrate my nuts but I tried these before I did, just so I could compare the taste of before and after dehydrating. They were so absolutely lovely before I dehydrated them, I was tempted not to. But, nuts are so much more healthy if soaked (to get rid of the enzyme inhibitors, etc. in the nuts). After soaking and dehydrating (at a low temperature so the enzymes are not killed), these nuts were still wonderful. Thank you so much for providing such a wonderful product. I will definitely be ordering again (after the 4 pounds I ordered are almost gone).

If you are informed about nutrition, you know that nuts provide protein and other benefits. Brazil nuts in particular are a great source of selenium, which is really good for your heart in the right amounts. Do some online investigating about Brazil nuts and you'll be convinced you need to try some. I like the fact that they are shelled, because these are large nuts and it's kind of inconvenient to have to get a nut cracker and make a mess just to enjoy them. Note also that they are organic which is a big plus too, although you can expect to pay a little more. In the case of these, it wasn't all that much to dissuade me. These tasted fresh too, no stale or old smell when I opened the bag.

If you like Brail nuts, you'll love these. I've ordered this product many times now and never been disappointed with the taste or freshness. That being said I do wish it was cheaper... But you know what they say, you get what you pay for...

This is the third bag of this 4 lb Organic Brazil Nuts that I've ordered. Brazil nuts are one of the healthiest nuts with rich source of energy and protein and have mineral and variety of vitamin nutrients and many more..... The price is really good and tastes so~~ good that sometime to want to eat so many. But you should only eat few a day since they have a high level of calories and saturated fat. Very good product!!

Nice big unbroken nut meats, tastes great. Never a bad one in the bunch. I buy in bulk, the price is very fair.
