Easy install. It runs very quiet and moves a lot of air. I have no difficulty keeping the cabinet cool now with it running at setting 1 of 3 . I opted not to go with the temperature controlled system as I don't need it cycling on and off. The units this is cooling are on and running all the time. Good device.

I purchased the AC Infinity fans to install in a new electronics cabinet I was building to help keep myour systems cool. I purchased both the set that have the controller and an eXtra s9 3 fan unit to use as an air intake. The fans are incredibly well made. The aluminum face plate has a nice brushed metal look to it. NOTHING about the fans or controller feels cheap. I would definitely buy them again. Installation was easy. The fans and the controller come with plastic templates that you can place on the side of the cabinet to mark where to cut. I drilled the 4 corners of my marked out area and used a jigsaw to cut the holes. The entire installation of the 2 fans and controller took about an hour. Operation is simple. The instructions are in English, include pictures, and actually make since. Programming the controller is as simple as pressing the up or down arrow to change your set point temp. You have the option so to set your fans to Auto, on, off, and smart setting. There is also an option to set a temp buffer of 2 or 4 degrees for the fans to turn off once the set point is reached. It's probably one of my favorite settings because the fans don't have to run all the time. The fans are quiet and move a lot of air. There is also an alarm temp setting to alert you if your cabinet is too hot. My only suggestion for anyone purchasing this product is to get some velcro cable ties so you can bundle up the extra wire. The fans come with plenty of cable to reach the fan controller. The cables are standard USB so if you need a longer one a USB extension cable could be used. Overall I am impressed. This is a great product for anyone who wants professional quality and results.

I have two of this items. They are good fans. But I would have preferred that it comes with option of two airflow directions. One blowing into a cabinet and one sucking it out of the cabinet. It took me about 30 -60 min to reverse the flow direction. This could easily have been done using a switch or simply hard wiring during the assembly and labeling it properly. Please vote this feature request up if you think this is needed. Thanks. Ric

Works like a charm at keeping my setup well ventilated, and keeps my wife happy with an enclosed hidden place for my PlayStation 😅 I asked cht GPT how to keep my console and sideboard safe for long gaming sessions this is the set up it gave me Fans are quiet and cannot be heard when watching tv or gaming even on the highest setting, with the fans off and the tv off, the PlayStation itself makes more noise than these fans Box comes with a plastic thin template for marking out the cutting which does the job, and all screws for fixing are included, fans come well packaged with foam to keep them safe when in transit, also comes with usb plug to power the device as this is USB powered I have read some one mention whining sounds however that is due to airflow of there set up not the fans themselves and it comes from negative air pressure… if the fans are on too high extracting too much air it works like a vacuum and there’s not enough air coming in you create negative space and that can create a whining sound but I haven’t experienced that as I have put in plenty of air flow to assist like the rear vent, a plug hole to the side of the vent, and some holes in the bottom of the unit creating passive airflow and pressure relief as suggested by cht GPT I purchased everything from Amazon to create this set up I used a multitool to cut the back of my sideboard to fit it and 4 screws to secure it in each corner but you may be able to use a padsaw/jabsaw after drilling a hole in all 4 corners of the template area and then working your way around (thickness of the back of your sideboard/storage depending) Once installed it looks professional like I purchased a sideboard with it already fitted rather than a bodge DIY job 👍 The vent is also AC infinity found on Amazon
