Good for keeping things rash free

Be careful with this product. It seemed to work fast at first but then things changed. The redness faded, but blister-like small spots began to appear randomly. I stopped use of Terrasil right away and switched back to triple antibiotic ointment I had been using. Thought that might help with the new issue. Hasn't yet and the redness I initially had returned. Instructions say to stop Terrasil if no improvement after 3 days. I had improvement so continued for a few more days. If this product can't be used safely after 3 days why is it sold in a small and large tube. I purchased the 50 gram tube at a much better price per gram. What a waste. I'm afraid to start it again. After the above posting, things got worse for me. My glans got more puffy, redder and bleeding. This product contains sulfur, which the listing says is an essential mineral and very beneficial to skin. For me it might as well be sulfuric acid. I didn't think about the fact that in the 1960s, a doctor gave me sulfa tablets for a serious cold and I broke out in hives. Not aware that I ever had sulfa since then and don't think about it.. Besides, that was an internal thing, not an ointment. I'm still not out of the woods on this one, but triple antibiotic ointment and petroleum jelly seem to be helping. At least the occasional bleeding has stopped for now. I am lowering this rating from 2 to 1 star hoping to get potential buyers to see this. Maybe this product can be helpful for some, but certainly not me. Seller listing says: "GENTLE, SOOTHING FORMULA takes care of painful Balanitis irritation, reduces redness and inflammation and relieving itch without causing further discomfort." DON'T BELIEVE THIS STATEMENT. I have had major discomfort. Dr. Recommended. 100% Guaranteed. Many words implying safe use. I don't know a term for the contents of this stuff. It is not smooth and easily spreadable like a cream, ointment or salve. The consistency is brownish, thick and clumpy. Breaks apart trying to apply requiring pushing and pressing to spread it. Very hard to squeeze from the tube. Looks like I'm going to have some scar tissue.

The product is definitely worth a try. I've found that it brings relief and seems to rival prescription creams that I've used. A bit pricey... but this is my second tube...

Great product

I ordered this a few months back and used this to treat a fungal issue it worked. Now that I was told it’s balantis I ordered it again. The Balanitis got so bad due to my sugar that it caused phimosis the tightened of the for skin. Well I end of day one the burning is gone. Day two the skin has cleared up and the odor is gone. Day 3 well it’s feels normal. Day 4 I have started to stretch the for skin and looks promising. Trying to avoid circumcision at all cost. Friends that have gone threw it have regretted that decision. So I am keeping my sugar on check and feel like I have found something that is really helping. Am hella happy the price went down. Last time u paid 58 bucks now it’s was less I ordered two. So now I use it after the morning shower and a little before I got to bed. Just make sure to clean that area and avoid any soap or anything that can irritate the condition. I am not a dr just saying what helped me out. Am not giving anyone any sort of medical advice this is what’s helping me out and the best part is the odors that they are gone.

My doctor recommended I avoid this product after it arrived because the first ingredient listed is sulfur 1X HPUS and I have a massive sulfa allergy - this is not the kind of area I would want to get a sulfa rash in. Therefore I have not used this and will not risk it. I wish the write-up had said this was basically a sulfur antibiotic as I would have known not to risk trying it. If you don't have a sulfur allergy, this may work well for you - I don't know. I only know that my Doctor recommended I not risk using this.
