I bought these for my MIL and she said they were the best pork rinds she’s had!

The crunch was okay. It is the overloaded citrus twang with a Tajin chili taste for that package. The barbecue, well ..... no! The hot was so overdone that it is hard to enjoy them. Plain, well good enough. They are too expensive to have flavors so blown out of proportion.

If you are like me and enjoy a wide variety of flavors, this bundle is for you. This way, you can sample all of the flavors and see which one(s) you like best. Pork rinds are normally a hit or miss for me. Sometimes they are quite tasty and satisfy my craving for a salty snack. Other times, they are overly hard to bite into or nearly soggy from all the grease!!! YUCK! The texture of these is light, airy, and crispy. I didn't find any that were overly hard. The texture was consistent throughout the entire bag. Just right! The barbeque seasoning is quite subtle and surprisingly sweet. The natural flavor of the pork rind is definitely the star of the show and the barbeque flavor is a supporting actor at best. It's THERE, you can taste it, but it's very mild. You get a bit of smokiness but mainly taste the sweetness. The hot and spicy seasoning is just that! To me, it was flaming hot! LOL My husband LOVES spicy food and even he thought these were HOT! The natural flavor of the pork rind is definitely overshadowed by the chili pepper seasoning. It isn't bad, just extremely spicy. And for people that are heat wimps like me, the burn-your-mouth feeling seems to linger on forever! If you are the kind of person that can't get enough heat, you MUST try these! The chili lime flavor is prominent, bold, and unique. The tartness of the lime definitely comes through first and then you get that bold, spicy kick from the chili pepper. These weren't nearly as hot as the Hot & Spicy flavor (those were melt your face off hot to me) but they still gave them a run for their money. I am a wimp when it comes to anything hot and these were borderline too hot for me. My husband LOVED them, though. Definitely bursting with seasoning with the perfect amount of salt. The plain sea salt flavor was our least favorite. Not because they were bad but compared to the flavors, they just seemed too bland. They are definitely salty (maybe even a little TOO salty) but the natural flavor of the pork rind is still pretty good. All of the pork rinds that we have tried tasted incredibly fresh! There were almost NO broken pieces in the bags either which was quite surprising. Tasty, crunchy, high protein snack that satisfies my salty snack cravings without being the same old boring chips. :)

The hot and spicy has no flavor and minimal to no seasoning. Taste like card board. So disappointing as the other flavors were good either the lime and chili tasting like it could have been the hot and spicy. They need to either improve their quality assurance or recreate the recipe for their hot and spicy. Had signed up for a monthly subscription, but am cancelling.
